Deposit
A 50% deposit is due at time of booking prior to 30 days of arrival, any remaining balance due will be deducted from the card on file 30 days prior to arrival.
All rates and policies are subject to change without notice. Availability of a specific unit type or specific building reserved may be subject to change at any time at the discretion of Solitude Resort Lodging. All condo's are privately owned and managed by Solitude Resort Lodging and may vary amenities and/or interior designs.
Cancellation
Reservations canceled 72 hours after booking will forfeit deposit and reservations canceled 30 or fewer days prior to arrival will incur forfeiture of the full reservations amount.
Deposit Protection: Solitude now offers a Deposit Protection Plan. If, for any reason, you need to cancel your reservation prior to 72 hours before your arrival, you can receive a FULL REFUND of your deposit. To participate, a non-refundable 10% fee (based on your total reservation) will be charged at the time of booking. Deposit Protection must be purchased at the time of booking, is reservation specific, non-refundable, and non-transferable. Select the Deposit Protection box above prior to completing your reservation. The standard cancellation policy will apply to all reservations that do not have Deposit Protection added.
